 Energy of the Hunter's Full Moon is associated with protection, strength, and courage. It's a time when we can focus on building resilience and inner strength, just as the animals are preparing for the harsh winter ahead.

The Hunter's Full Moon is also known by other names in different cultures. For example, it's sometimes called the Blood Moon or the Sanguine Moon, due to the reddish hue it sometimes takes on as it rises. In Chinese tradition, it's known as the Kindly Moon, and in Celtic tradition, it's called the Harvest Moon.

Welcome to this guided meditation for the full Hunters Moon

As you gather under the light of this powerful moon, take a moment to connect with the energy of protection, strength, and resilience that surrounds you. Just as the animals are preparing for the harsh winter ahead, you too can focus on building our own inner strength and protection. Let's set intentions and connect with the wisdom and traditions of our ancestors, as you embrace the cycles of nature and the power of the full moon.

Meditation:

  1. Find a comfortable seated position, either on the floor or in a chair. Take a deep breath in through your nose, and exhale slowly through your mouth.

  2. Close your eyes, and visualize the bright light of the Hunter's Full Moon shining down on you. Imagine this light filling your entire being with warmth and positive energy.

  3. Take a few deep breaths, and with each exhale, release any tension or negative energy that you may be holding onto.

  4. Set your intention for this meditation. Think about something that you would like to protect, or a situation where you need to be strong and resilient. Hold this intention in your mind, and imagine yourself surrounded by a protective bubble of light.

  5. Repeat the following affirmations to yourself, either out loud or in your mind:

  • "I am protected and strong."

  • "I am resilient in the face of adversity."

  • "I trust in the cycles of nature to guide me on my path."

  1. As you focus on your intention and affirmations, imagine yourself surrounded by the protective energy of the full moon. See this energy filling you with strength and courage, and know that you are capable of overcoming any challenge that comes your way.

  2. Take a few more deep breaths, and with each exhale, release any remaining tension or negative energy from your body.

  3. Now, imagine yourself in a forest, surrounded by the sights, sounds, and smells of nature. See the leaves falling from the trees, and feel the cool air on your skin.

  4. As you walk through the forest, notice the animals preparing for winter. See the squirrels gathering nuts, and the birds flying south.

  5. Take a moment to reflect on the wisdom of nature, and how it teaches us to be strong, resilient, and adaptable in the face of change.

  6. When you're ready, slowly open your eyes, and take a moment to thank the Hunter's Full Moon for its energy and guidance.
