These qualities make it an excellent tool for manifesting your goals and desires, it's a good idea to use Selenite in moon intentions, and pairings it with crystals and herbs that correlate with the moons phases.

while it is nice to burn and used essential oils of your chosen herbs it is also very good to make a tea and drink the herbs, try dabbing it on pressure points and your third eye, this can really help your body harmonises with the energies of your intentions.
